I doubt if this will hold up on appeal.

If the White House doesn't control who gets White House passes, who does?

Until a higher court ruling on that comes down, Trump, Sarah Sanders and company should simply stop talking to the press. Any of them. Period.

Or only do one-on-one interviews with outlets that behave responsibly and professionally.
