I work someplace supporting 500+ users. I am an everything IT guy so I'm struggling with which certs to get. So I need:
    -best general IT certs...
please keep in mind that I'm an "everything" guy... I do a little bit of everything.
ALSO looking for cheapest, cheap, cheap IT Masters. I have an undergrad in an unrelated field. I know about WGU but I can't go there because of entrance requirements.

    Vendor-neutral certs or vendor-specific certs?

Hodges University has a competency-based program in information systems that does not require a related undergraduate degree, work experience or IT certs.

What's wrong with WGU's IT program requirements? If Hodges is not your choice (their MIS program), another option is to get an MBA with an IT Management concentration - I was going to refer WGU, since it's not "your school of choice", Patten has an MBA with IT concentration...

This material is mostly likely outdated. Citrix phased out the CCEA over 5 years ago.

Are you looking for certs to help you with your current job, to help you get your next job or both?

I have not seen much of a demand for the Mile2 certifications. Is their training any good?

Scrum is more aligned with project management. Only time I have seen it is with application development projects.

My Net+ and MCSEs are dated, but I my be able to answer some questions.

For PMP requires documented experience as a project manager. If you want to go down that path, review the requirements and start documenting your experience. I'm not sure how much value they have but you could go for CompTIA Project+ or PMI CAPM. Project+ was easy. If you want to work for an organization that has a formal PMO, then maybe CAPM since it is also from PMI.
