International Council of Higher Education

Does anyone have any information on this organisation? They are based in France. Their website: www.iche-online.org

 

No info at all. Never heard of them.

I suppose it could be a legitimate organization, that I've never heard of but several things seem odd to me about the site.

The first is that an international organization based in France appears to have no website in French.

Another is there is no Tel. Number listed.
