Doesn't it seem like the prevalence of those sorts of lifestyle diseases are more a lack of rapid evolution in response to those changes?
It is almost like there has been an introduction/adoption of food-like products, forced physical activity reduction (meaning we don’t have to be as physically active as we once were to “survive”), and overall behavioral changes as it relates to the two in very recent history that doesn’t align well with what many bodies needs to be healthy. Tons of positive advances in the heath and wellbeing category along with plenty of landmines that people have to deal with.
