    Not surprising, especially only the most hopelessly naive or cynically partisan person could say that meeting was an accident.

    An accident? Bill wanted to have that meeting. Bill got it. So in this sense, it was not an accident.
    Beyond that, I struggle to see any kind of the long con behind this stupid, stupid act. We all love Bill Clinton, but it's not news that he's prone to rare but monumental bouts of bad judgement. Especially in his advancing age.

    It's funny how your struggle to see anything bad in the Clintons is so similar to me again's struggle to see anything bad in Donald Trump.

    I'm Team Hillary, remember? Bill Clinton is a pig, and for all his brilliance is completely self-absorbed. "Tarmac meeting" in that close campaign might have been enough to cost HRC her historic victory. It's not hard to see "anything" bad. Sheer volume of fabrication people keep dumping on them shows that the amount of that "bad" is relatively modest.
