I would've not worried so much about the concentration on my undergrad and finished a BBA through the U of Wyoming. I also chose UIS for the flexibility it offers due to thinking I was going to move right in the middle of completing an MS in IT/MIS. Had I known I was going to stay in Virginia as long as I did I would've completed my MS in IT at Va Tech. Not that there's anything wrong with the choices I made, they're both really decent schools. But I'd still like to have a credential from a tier 1 university on my resume.
