ICCP Communications Exam

These ICCP exams sound horrid.
However, the good news is the post above that says they are reworking and modernizing them.
Maybe there will be good 1-stop study material and maybe the material covered in the exams will be practical and useful for current times when the new versions become available.
In the meantime I think taking courses from Athabasca makes more sense for the the Excelsior core requirements that have no exams that fulfill the requirements other than ICCP exams.
