I should be done with my BS from AJU by the end of this year. I want to earn a master’s degree, but I don't care really about what it is. I want something funky and fun, oh yes and super cheap. NA/RA who cares! I opened my own store a few months ago and it's doing great so I have no need for anything job related anytime soon.

Oh, and by cheap I mean CHEAP!

Anything in liberal studies. You can take whatever you want. Plenty of schools offer the program. You can find something inexpensive.

What kind of store did you open, if you don't mind me asking?

As AUTiger00 has already mentioned, there are numerous liberal studies options available. One that comes to mind is Fort Hays State University offering many MLS concentration areas:

If that is the case, then you MUST to University...the fun part that you will have a great conversation with Glenn while he is processing your credit card. :icon16::laugh2:

Well I can tell you I was looking at a couple of masters degrees but one really looks like it would be fun. Since you have a NA degree from Andrew Jackson University I know that Western New Mexico University has a 100% online degree Masters of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies. I talked to the admissions rep from the University and they said that as long as the Undergrad degree is from a university that is accredited by CHEA (which I checked the CHEA website and AJU does fit that requirement) they will take it. One down side to that is they require a GRE for admissions into the program. But I also found that as long as you have above a 3.0 GPA in your undergrad work they will allow you to bypass the GRE requirement. They have about 8 or 9 subjects you can specialize in. You can either pick 2 or 3 specializations and pick which classes you would want to take in those specializations. Aboutthe cost it works out great. Both state and non state residents get the same tuition as long as they take a max of 6 credits a term. So if you stay at 6 credit (2 classes) a term the cost comes out to about $7500 give or take a little. There are other Universities out there that accept the NA degree into a Masters program but you said fun so WHAT MORE FUN THEN ACTUALLY MAKING THE DEGREE YOURSELF!!! Clall them up if you think this is something you might be interested in because I found them to be very student friendly. They univeristy also has non interest payment plans to it allows students to stay on track without putting a hole in the pocket. So if you stay at the 6 credits a term it would take you 6 terms to complete the degree. Also they take up to 6 transfer units in transfer with department approval. The credits can be NA/RA as long as the CHEA requirement is fulfilled. GIVE IT A TRY!!!
