    I stumbled upon this:

    http://www.onlinedegreereviews.org/

A commercial site with lots of reviews for some schools (AMU has 135).

Has advertising, which may influence content.

Detailed reviews as well as Likert scales for items like: value, teachers, support. Comments to reviews made by other users.

Reviews are by username only which can lead to padded reviews by institution employees. Also, in my experience, most students are hesitant to criticize their school or alma mater, since their futures are entwined.

Still, some quite critical reviews. For example: Northern Arizona, U of the Rockies, Everest College, Grantham University

    Accreditation information buried at http://www.onlinedegreereviews.org/college/page/best-online-colleges-for-2010/

I consulted this site heavily when deciding upon a school for my doctorate. It definitely provides a good way for people to express their opinions and you can get some good info from it. My main complaint was that it was often used by disgruntled students as a means to vent their frustrations. So you often read overly vehement posts.
As with most of the similar sites, it tends to lean toward a negative bias on most schools. So I found you have to filter some of those reviews out. Many reviews having been posted by dropouts.

I have no hard evidence to support this, so it's just a subjective observation. Your results may vary.
