How do I contact Chip?

How do I contact Chip or whoever currently owns the forum? I'd like to request that he appoint a female moderator who will do something about a member's sexual harassment.

 

Which is, in itself, a sexually biased comment.

Sexual harassment? I don't read every thread, nor every post in a thread, so perhaps I missed it. Would you mind pointing it out?

 

Law enforcement and correctional agencies make sure they have female officers available for a reason. Since the current male moderators have done nothing about a member making sexual comments to me, it would be beneficial for us to have a female moderator. Since you are neither a moderator nor administrator, I am not requesting to report anything to you. I would like to talk to Chip.
