Hi. My name is Jaan. I'm a student from Estonia currently doing my freshman year in college. I'm very interested in distance learning as I would like to get my full-time professional career started asap. I have understood that even if I learn anything useful in college at the moment, I will have forgotten the knowledge by the time I finish it. May be there is another way for me....

I'm a bit surprised that with Estonia's reputation for being one of the most progressive countries in the world when it comes to the Internet that there aren't any universities there that offer online learning! But no matter, as an EU resident you have access to the Open University in the UK, which is a good place to start. It would be helpful to know what you want to study, and whether you're particularly concerned about the costs.

There is. Don't listen to overgeneralized and nonsensical advice. Hi, by the way.
