Good evening! I don't believe the Southern Cross PhD in Organizational Change and Development has been discussed here. This interesting collaboration allows Hawaii Pacific to provide research methods coursework and related pre-requisite ODC modules for a student interested in entering the Southern Cross doctoral program. The doctoral program does require annual one-week residencies, and this would increase the cost of the program. SCU's website notes that this program is eligible for the US financial aid & loan programs administered by the U.S. Department of Education. More information (including research tracks, program format, etc.) can be found at http://www.scu.edu.au/schools/gcm/PhDinOCD/index.html on the web. The Organizational Development & Change Division in the Academy of Management has been growing rapidly, so perhaps this program would be of interest to someone reading this forum.
