    A few interesting entries:

    Delaware: It's a public HBCU. Delaware State University. 39% acceptance

    Kansas: It has notably low-cost online undergraduate programs. Sterling College. 37%

    Washington state: It's a nationally accredited for-profit! DigiPen Institute of Technology, ACCSC, also has a program with ABET EAC and another with ABET CAC. 38%

    West Virginia: It's currently closing. Alderson Broaddus University. 55%
