    Actually UCCS does require admission tests:

    GMAT Waiver Petition - An applicant who has already earned an advanced degree (e.g. master's or higher) may petition for a waiver of the GMAT requirement. The GMAT Waiver Petition must be completed and submitted with the application materials. Waivers are not automatic and must be approved by the MBA Admissions Committee.
