    That's like saying the Wright Brothers didn't make the make the first plane because Boeing made it happen. Sure, Boeing is a lot bigger now, but that doesn't erase history.

    Agreed on the future, though. What I wish would happen would be that individual universities and even department wouldn't be so seemingly reluctant to host their own MOOCs. There's plenty of free software out there for it.
