    ALISON: https://alison.com/course/coronavirus-what-you-need-to-know

I've completed the ALISON, course, myself. If you read news articles, rather than just the headlines, there's nothing new in the ALISON course, but it is a good, albeit basic, set of reminders.

    CourseRA, Imperial College London: https://www.coursera.org/learn/covid-19

Based on the description, it seems as if the Imperial College London course is more in-depth than the ALISON course.

*EDIT: I removed reference to another course that I mistakenly thought was free*

    WHO: https://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019/training/online-training

This one is more geared towards healthcare professionals than for the general public.
