    The feather of my aunt??

    So -- it is French. I had to go through babelfish to figure it out. Still means very little.

    Fried eggs to everyone.

    I think it can also mean the "pen of my aunt."

    You are correct. "Plume" can actually mean either pen or feather. But in the context it is "the feather of my aunt" and it is part of a classic children's rhyme. It refers to a hat feather.
