Hawaii institutions in mind? I checked on Fairfax and Bircham International and they have no connection to Hawaii. The University of Northern Washington formerly claimed to operate under Hawaii law. It is currently and always has been run by an individual who resides in Vancouver B.C. The State of Hawaii is holding an unsatisfied judgment against it. I read the Continental University statement and found it refeshingly transparent. I immediately emailed Dr. Les Carr at Columbia Commonwealth U (based/licensed in Wyoming), supplied the Continental U. link and urged him to create a similar statement that is fully transparent about CCWU's status. I have fairly regular contact with Carr and have been urging for CCWU to make application for NCA affiliation. Hopefully, Carr and his staff will see the value of making such a statement as Continental the one made by Continental U.
