    ***********Clarification**********
I just reread this. The below post should have read "you raised some virtual beer steins at (few) some posts in which Cory and I agreed on certain welfare abuses and cut backs. Did not mean to imply Cory always raises virtual beer steins at my posts!

    Have a good one,

    Abner

Abner, that was quite the screed my friend. I guess my social media netiquette skills leave a lot to be desired. I'd figured that if I put in that "LOL" you'd see my post for the joke that it was. But alas, LOL must not mean what I thought it meant. League Of Legends? Lots Of Love? Loquacious Orangutan Leaping?

    Let’s recap:
Abner: post story about Obama spouting negative Romney flip-flop as part of the campaign.
Randell: posts story that says may not be supported by facts.
MC: mock surprise at typical politicians at play.
    Jacob: mock surprise also.
    NorCal: ditto.
BobbyJim: asks if Abner is parroting a cause.
Abner: says even a parrot can see the flip-flop, etc. (see Randell’s fact issue above)
TEKMAN: says we need industrious immigrants, and Obama said one term of if economy not thriving must have judged self as superior performer and running again – in spite of failing economy.
BobbyJim: says we need a sensible immigration policy.
BobbyJim: says Abner must lean non-conservative and non-moderate.
MC: mocked shock that opponent may not be all true facts in ad.
Abner: says but my comments has nothing to do with anything and has posted semi conservative views on welfare, as well as other programs at some point. Also says some commonality with 0333511 (aka Cory) on rare occasions.
    0333511 (aka Cory): mock surprise.
BobbyJim: takes pains to say Ab’s ‘’’’’apparent worldview’’’’ (from all the indications on DI) can lead to victim based politics.
BobbyJim: points out the big flip-flop from former Nixon era proposal and current plans.
Abner: doesn’t know if 0333511 (aka Cory) is using ‘mock surprise’.
Abner: tells BobbyJim to stop smoking, calm down, stop projecting, causing a personal fight, makes assumption I am a republican, seems to rub elbows with rich & famous, has some common possessions re Mitt, seemingly thinks politics is a may be joking matter, etc. etc. etc. as long as his side wins.
    NorCal: folks - calm down.

Is this close to the trail so far?

    1. I have no party loyalty. I am conservative that leans libertarian, vote for candidates based on positions on issues, past performance; and sometimes vote against other candidates based on position on issues and past performance (lesser evil).
    2. I am not trying to get personal and if that’s the way anyone is reading this, I’m sorry. I’m just pointing out the politics of victimhood, which MAY be Abner’s view, and is not where I think we should be going. We have already moved too far in that direction in my opinion. Abner and I have been in other discussions without any problems.
    3. Sensible immigration policies would be nice to have.
    4. The main difference from MA healthcare and our current national plan seem to center on:
    a. MA apparently had no new taxes and our current national plan has plenty.
    b. I don’t agree with how our current national plan came to be.
    c. There is a major difference in an individual state implementing something for its citizens, and a nation plan that steps on states-rights.
    5. Quit smoking – been ther, doing that again using eCigs.
    6. Spell check – all my devices have spell check, and sometimes it gets me in trouble. If spell check disturbs you, my bad - but try to get over it.

You are correct BobbyJim. I sometimes infuse satire into my posts. I find that it is better to laugh and then cry.

I thank you for you comments, and I apologize if some of the comments offended you.
