This initiative furthers Florida’s commitment to becoming the national leader in workforce education by 2030.”

“XploreEdFL is designed for students outside of Florida to receive discounted
tuition rates by enrolling in one of the selected online programs.

Programs are open to all out-of-state students interested in enrolling in one of Florida’s select workforce education programs. Whether you’re a recent high school graduate, a working professional or seeking a career change, these programs offer affordable paths to high-quality education.”

“Out-of-state students can enroll at Polk State College in the following programs at a reduced tuition cost:

• Bachelor of applied science in supervision and management with a concentration in healthcare administration.
• Bachelor of science in criminal justice with a concentration in crime scene investigations.
• Bachelor of science in nursing.

The tuition rate for the programs is $290 per credit hour, compared with the standard $469.70 per credit hour for out-of-state students in upper-division courses, Polk State said in a news release.”
