Scientists Create First Human-Monkey Embryos That Could Potentially Produce Organs for Transplants

Is this taking science to far, playing god?
I don't want to be hypocritical, having organs for transplant to save life is huge.
And IF I was sick needing transplant or one of loved ones I wouldn't think twice if its to save lives.

Reminds me of the movie "The Island", where (spoiler alert), it's revealed that the main characters are actually clowns grown for their organs, but who are misled to believe the "outside world has become too contaminated to support life with the exception of a pathogen-free island."

Edit: Okay, that typo is too funny to edit. But I meant to write they are clones, not clowns.

Thanks, I'm now imagining an island populated entirely by circus clowns.

I would take an organ transplant from a clown.
