Does anyone have the scoop on this institution? It's corporate headquarters is in Las Vegas, Nevada.

It offers just about every degree under the sun - except medical. No tuition - degrees are awarded as novelty in certain states. Unaccredited and has many of the features of a less-than-wonderful school.

This is sooooo coool. I have my Phd in history. I can stop going to Texas A&M. I knew there was an easier way. BTW, I got my Phd in Library Science while I was at it. Ya know I need to move up in the system...and they are "completely legal" It was that quick. No 400 page dissertation for me. No more worries about defending the dang thing. Just plug in the name and away we go.

Yeah. I may go for my Doctorate of Ufology! I've seen almost every episode of the X Files, and my wife said I was just wasting my time!:D

    Sweet!!

I'm Italian so I think I'm already qualified for ALL degrees! I'll just mention that I have a shelf full of Italian hitory & culture books (which I literally do) and I'm sure to be approved!

I don't even have to attend class anymore. I'll just sit around on my rusty dusty and wait for my degree. Life is grand!

Just to see how this goes, I'm going to order a degree. I'll keep everyone posted. I just want to have some fun with this.

My favortie amongst all outfits like this has to be Damnation University. This school is completely meant for a gag as you will soon be able to tell. You can purchas a diploma and all sorts of "Dam U" merchandise. http://www.damu.com

    Nosborne,

my guess is to add the name of the individual to a mailing list, especially if you use a real e-mail and then sell the list. Or better yet spam you with UoP offers for that next PHD.

Okay folks, I just applied to FDU. I requested to have my "degree" sent via e-mail. As soon as I receive it, I'll post for all to see.

    Regards,
