Your dissertation for your PhD seems to focus on E-learning. I'm considering starting the Edu PhD propram with an emphasis in e-learning.

What was your impression of the e-learning classes if you took any?

The focus of my dissertation is related to E-learning; however, the connection to my Ph.D. in business administration is more specifically related to the significant challenges organizations face in effectively training workers as users of new technology systems. Online delivery methods (e-learning) were examined as effective methods for training end-users systems. The tested constructs included skill achievement, technology acceptance, satisfaction, and cost avoidance behaviors.

Because my degree is in business administration, I did not take TUI's e-learning courses offered through the School of Education. However, I understand from other students and colleagues that they are very interesting and informative.
