excelsior- Vendor test certification for credit

I was reviewing excelsior requirements for BS CIS. It states 21 elective credits & 12 free elective credits through vendor examination.

Has anyone used this to their advantage? I have what equates to 30 credits from vendor certs (Cisco, MS, Novell). I just hope they take all of them.

Any comments on this college? The name kinda stinks but ohh well.
