I need to take this for TESC. I'm nervous about writing an essay on the spot with no reference materials. Is it strictly a writing test, where I could make up evidence as long as I make it *seem* credible? Any tips appreciated!
From what I've read, yes. The main thing is you have to be able to structure the essay properly. I've heard of folks writing basically horrible essays but passing because they had the structure down (e.g. intro, body, conclusion, etc.).
You need to write a good essay on a topic they give you. I have the most impotrnat invention of the 20th century. Get a book on a 5 paragraph essay and ask friends to give you topics and pratice writing them.
I have never liked writing essays, especially on obscure topics. That's why I usually use https://tooly.io/federalism/. Here you can find an essay on any topic, even about federalism or just order an essay. It is very simple and convenient. Everything is very high quality and fast. I often use their services. Therefore, I recommend from personal experience.
