Wow! What an experience. Thanks to everyone here and reading up on people's views on DL, I was able to choose a DL school to earn a masters degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

The first semester is wrapping up with just one exam left. Compared to B&M schools (went to two for my BA and BSN degrees) this was exactly what I was hoping for... flexibility with study time, assignments, and far more interesting than sitting in a classroom as an instructor rambled off powerpoints. I feel that my education this semester was excellent and extremely challenging. There's no way any B&M program could be any more difficult.

This summer I have no classes as there were none available to me :( but it certainly allows me to work more hours to earn next semester's tuition.

Just wanted to post my thoughts as I'm more of a lurker than poster at times and maybe encourage others looking at DL to pursue their goals. :)
