I was looking over the BA in 4 weeks site and they have one book listed for the following exams:

    HR Management
    Organizational Behavior
    Principles in Supervision

I bought the recommended Barron's Business Human Resources, but looking over the book's material, it doesn't seem to really cover the other two tests.

    Am I missing something here?

If so, what resources are enough to get passed the other two tests? Org Behavior and Supervision.

I want to be really careful here as the $160 per ECE test is quite expensive.

    Thanks

Yes. Read the relevant degree manual for information and context.

I found it adequate to the task, with the caveats introduced in the degree manuals and elsewhere. The books listed in BA in 4 Weeks are not, for the most part, comprehensive tutorials specific to individual exams, they are more in the line of surveys, as is the case with the book recommended for these three interrelated and complementary disciplines you detail. Again, elsewhere in the text, reference is made to complementary works and to the relevance of the learner’s prior experience.

For example, here is what I write in the Business degree manual Year Two:
    1. We have constructed subject and exam matrices that are synergistic. That is, the interrelated elements in the chosen subjects and the chosen test pairings of subjects mean that facts and concepts learned and absorbed in studying one discipline are directly applicable within one of the other tested disciplines. So, for example, elements of knowledge in Psych 101, Ed Psych, Supervision, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, are common, reusable and complementary.

    AND

"Principles of Supervision" performance in exam benefits from reading Psych 101, Human Resource Management, and Organizational behavior. Should not be a problem for any mature adult. Almost all of us at one time or another, on one side or another, have had practical experience of many or most of the scenarios encountered in this exam.

Though only one book is recommended, that does not mean it will necessarily meet all of your needs. For the most part it met mine. In "About Books", I write:

The texts I used were whatever I had to hand in my library, what I could find on the net, and if I had to shell out for a book, whichever was the cheapest.

Most exams have officially recommended reading lists which, if you bought all of the books, would increase the price per college credit, considerably. Even buying one or two can be a blow to the wallet. Official recommendation may be in the ballpark, $50, $75, $100, per book. On discovering this, my considered view was, “sod that for a game of soldiers”.

Whereas books recommended by the test providers may be in a range quoted above and require special order, my recommendation for the most part, fall in the $5 to $20 range and are (or were) easily obtainable, cheap, useful, and fluff free (devoid of distracting irrelevancies). However, if you have need, it may be prudent, and cheaper in the long run (no failed exams), to follow the official recommended reading lists detailed in the practice exam materials.

NB - If memory serves, Principle of Supervision is a DANTES exam not ECE.
