It seems that they couldn't get the license from the state of Wyoming. Then operates in New Mexico out of somebody's ranch. It was my understanding that Wyoming now requires private universities to be accredited and that EC-Council had issues with that since they had not yet had even their first class. They also did have approval to operate in Wyoming prior to the new rules. http://web.archive.org/web/20060524214805/www.eccuni.us/news.htm I find the program interesting. My opinion is that it's way to expensive though, even if it were accredited.
