Doctoral Programme - in Spain, Germany or UK

I am a working professional with around 29+ years of work/professional experience in Aviation/Travel Management field.

I am contemplating to take a sabbatical and enrol for a classroom or an online-cum-classroom (hybrid model) Doctorate Programme.

Ph.D has been a goal for sometime, time, money, flexibility, family commitments, etc, kept me away.

Wanted to seek larger guidance from this forum on how I could start my research in finding the best programmes in either Spain, Germany or UK, where I could move in for the duration of study.
