Do Penn Foster courses have to be ACE reviewed to be accepted by Excelsior?

I read about these issues with Penn Foster and if ACE. According to (geezer if I recall?) if you contact ACE directly they can actually take a D grade (70% or better) for credit. If you every revisit school for a 4 year degree I would double check the situation with ACE. From what I here it is Penn Foster, not ACE who causes these problems.

Thanks for the heads up, I will actually contact ACE and find out for sure if I have time. This question should be fully addressed.
