Thanks Dave. The feeling is mutual.

IMHO it is hard to do short cuts in Theology. Of course, the dissertation only doc is in a way a shorter route to go than is a program based on coursework plus dissertation as at DTS or Masters. Still, I think I've been at it long enough ;)

Thanks Kevin. As I'll be 65 this coming June, I hope my future successes to be the sort that at least burn brightly even if only for a season.

    Thanks Russell.

Oh no- I'd suffer the fate of Nestorius then.

Thanks Nosborne. Are you enjoying the education from London?

How kind of you to ask!

Yes, I am getting well into the "swing" of the work. It is challenging and interesting. In Sentencing and Criminal Process, I am finding myself on familiar ground, policy wise. I'll take the first half of the examinations in August.

I suppose some principles of Law are taught differently than you formerly studied them in a US school.

Thanks. The book may never materialize. I understand finding a willing publisher is not easy. But we'll see.

    Hey Dr. Bill, greetings,

You not only came to Degreeinfo for encouragement, you came to ruffle a few feathers also!:D

All kidding a side, I just want to say and I think I can speak for most people on this board, that no one on Degreeinfo is surprised that you passed your dissertation! It was only a matter of time!!

Therefore, let me just say, Congratulations on a great, great job on all your hard work. You have been a blessing to us all, especially those of us who are also studying Theology.

And I also would like to have a chance to read your work, so sign me up for a copy as well.

God bless and continued success in all that God leads you to do.

    Rich Hartel

Dr. Grover, please permit me to extend my congratulations to you. You deserve it. I am proud of your accomplishments as much as I am proud of your views/comments in this forum. You just need to have a solid pennsylvania dutch apple pie to support the celebration that you deserve. Thank you.

    Congratulations, Dr. Grover!

Although we have never interacted "personally" with each other on this board, I've read your postings since I joined and have always held great respect for what you write, even when I might not have agreed.

Your accomplishment is certainly inspiring to all of us here at DegreeInfo. I hope you have a big celebration planned!

    Best,
    Adrienne
