Difference between computer science and computer and information science

Selecting officials and hiring officials have separate functionalities within the government. My comment was in direct response to the second question of the original post. As a potential employer the degree title is not as important as the content. I was in fact qualifying that I cannot speak to the commercial or academic world.

I would never assume that you were responsible for the bad academic hires, why would you assume that Laura Callahan would be my responsibility?
