Well here's what I have to say, BDev. You, personally, are responsible for this. You created the flyer. What evidence do you have to disprove this?

You are taking this waaaay too personally. Is Fitzhugh a relative of yours or something? I haven't promoted anything. I'm objecting but of course you haven't noticed that because you seem to be so in love with Fitzhugh. You need to cut back on caffeinated products or something because although this is "bad" it's not as bad or as personal as you're trying to make it. I seriously doubt that anyone is going to believe that your boy Fitzhugh created the flyer. That's political suicide. You take yourself entirely too seriously. Ridiculous. We all know that Bush did it.

 

Ok, I googled "fitzhugh democrats special olympics". You're right, the "story" is on lots of sites (the first two pages of results). The problem is they're all CONSERVATIVE BLOGGERS.

You're confusing blog sites with real news. That stuff may be fun for you to read. It's not news, though.

For instance, GOP Kentucky Senator Jim Bunning said his opponent looks like one of Saddam Hussein's sons.

The test of character is the Party disassociating itself from such just as the GOP disassociated itself from David Duke when he ran as a Republican for Louisiana Governor.

 

I agree. I'm just waiting for the day that the Republican party disassociates itself from people like BLD who spread these lies. I won't hold my breath.

By the way, Jimmy, in this case, you certainly have not disassociated yourself. You just chimed in with a little joke.

 

You are a fairly new poster. Therefore I will overlook your blatant falsehoods regarding any disassociating I have done in regards to the hate mongers in the GOP.

As far as BLD is concerned, you need to back up, with facts and proof, that BLD lied about anything. Please show one incidence where he lied. If you are going to be so bold, you need to counter with positive proof that discredits BLD's statements.

I am not a betting person, but if I were, I'd bet you cannot disprove anything he has posted.

I'm taking this opportunity to agree with much of what grgrwll is saying here, and also to point out how the conservatives on this board, and elsewhere in life, don't even realize how far off the deep end they are with this type of "gutter politics".

Spreading vicious rumors about liberals and Democrats because that's the style they've become accustomed to - from Ann Coulter to Rush Limbaugh, and even to Bill O'Reilly. Oh for those days when the conservatives had intelligent voices, like Bill Buckley.

 

I agree with Carl and grgwll. Conservatives, take a step back for crying out loud. You guys are like attack dogs that can't turn it off. You swallow concocted propoganda BS, probably proferred by one of your own, and then immediately launch an attack on those who question the source.
