Hello guys, I am trying to do a degree evaluation for my degree in Computer Science from Universite des Sciences Applique et Management, Porto Novo, Benin Republic even though I´m Nigeria. It si slisted on WES Canada website but a prompt comes up saying they don´t evaluate for the school. I also contacted ICAS and they said same. I also have a graduate diploma from a professional institute which seems to be listed on WES website. I have two question; 1. What is the best possible way to get my degree evaluated? 2. What leel of equivalency will a graduate diploma give?
That's odd that WES can't do it. Because Benin is francophone perhaps you might have better luck finding a Quebec-based evaluator? I'm not sure what is available for that, but I did find this from the provincial government: https://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/working-quebec/comparative-evaluation/
For many years (but I haven't checked lately) the University of Toronto offered a very fine degree evaluation service.
Now I have checked, and the University of Toronto's Comparative Education Service is still offering this service. Good news, I think. https://learn.utoronto.ca/comparative-education-service
