Agreed, IIRC philosophy and art weren't on the list of most regrets. Why not? Well my good high school buddy got a double major in philosophy and art. He immediately started working after graduation in construction. He had no regrets because he wasn't expecting to get a job using either of his degrees.

My Sociology degree got me a job as an Administrative Assistant. :emoji_face_palm:

I would say, "You used your degree in Sociology to get a job as an Administrative Assistant." In my experience, the degree gets you consideration for a job, and it gets you the interview...the rest is up to you.

This article has been posted multiple times on both forums. Interestingly, two of the most underemployed majors (psychology and criminal justice) are low on regrets. I think some people are just satisfied with what they've learned and how they've been able to apply the knowledge and aren't necessarily concerned with whether they needed the specific degree for their occupation.
