   I am looking for a single course in "Public Sector Finance" either a masters or 4th year level to look at their resources (hopefully online course outline).

   My employer, Southeastern University in Washington D.C., has that. Call 202-478-8200 on Monday and ask for Admissions. They'll be able to tell you more.
   
   I can tell you the course would be in our Winter term, which runs from January to March.
