It can also be a source of serious social unrest leading to violent revolution though I think we are a long way from that.
Not suprised about San Jose and a handful of the other cities, the amount of wealth they have is just staggering. Just surprised and alarmed at the number of other cities with such dangerous concentrations of wealth.
