Oh, busy busy web master. Ameritech University is another entity that appears to be in the Saint Regis group. It claims its accreditation from "ICfHE" (International Commission for Higher Education) which also gives the OK to Barrington, Breyer State, Fort Young, and a few others. ICfHE shows a convincing, absolutely mesmerizing testimonial from Dominick Flarey, the head of Breyer State:

We've seen several new phonies claiming to be in Panama lately. This one has a "Disbursement Center" in Idaho, where Breyer State is or was or might be, unless they're in Alabama or Ohio.

more on "International Commission for Higher Education"

International Commission for Higher Education's address is

    International Commission for Higher Education
    Office 1243,
    14781 Memorial Drive,
    Houston, TX 77079
    www.icfhe.org

That's the address of Memorial Postal Center. Office 1243 is likely to be a smallish metal box. Like to see what the ICfHE office might look like? Click here for a photo from the Memorial Postal Center site.

Arriving at the ICfHE site, one's PC advises that the site is better displayed when Chinese characters are installed in the set of available fonts.

The word "commission" is misspelled three times on the ICfHE seal. That may be why the web mistress for Ameritech U and Fort Young U decided to use what looks like a Rubber Duck Designs logo instead.

In an amusing bit of circularity, the legitimacy of ICfHE is declared by the Saint Regis group entity " Academic Credential Assessment Corporation." Here's the ACAC certificate: "www.icfhe.org/International Commission for Higher Education.pdf" post-dated 11/30/04, and equipped with another Rubber Duck Designs seal.

Poor Breyer State! ICfHE has subjected it to a "Membership and Accreditation Plague," which can be seen here.

Like to see the amount of traffic passing by the ICfHE site? Click here for the link that the site's hit counter references. The hit counter's been running since 10/8/04, and there have been 747 visitors so far.

In a further possible connection to the saint Regis group, ICfHE uses "Apostille service from Apollo Apostille Services." This does sound like a relative of the Apollo Certifications Institute, "A Division of Government Accredited James Monroe University" and a member of the Saint Regis group. Maybe yes, maybe no. The Apollo Apostille Services web site gives its address as

    Apollo Apostille Services
    Queensgate House
    48 Queen Street
    Exeter, Devon
    EX4 3SR
    United Kingdom.

According to the Royal Mail, this address houses "Haven Fire Security Consultants," "South West Business Services Ltd.," and "Tenon Recovery." No Apollo.

Another site that links to this Apollo is the Concordia College & University site. Yow!

Panama have a special going on at the moment for International Business Corporations. Business was going to the BVI and the Seychelles, so they cut their costs by 20% to try and break into the market.

    Cheers,

Instantdegrees.com push Apollo as being their 'preferred' service as well.

Ah, but the South West Business Centre also does mail and phone forwarding. Go to http://www.swbus.co.uk/ and select the price guide.

What's up with those privacy bars blocking out (unsuccessfully) the words "Breyer State" on those plaques?

I especially don't see why they had to make them show up before the pictures? What, can't they afford the "blur" feature of PhotoShop?
