Hi I'm in New Zealand. Exelsior has told me I can do the Uexel exams at local testing centers.

I wonder about DSST? does anybody have any idea if I could do these in New Zealand.

Also as for CLEP it looks like the nearest place is Perth which is a $1000 return trip

DSST offers pencil and paper exams. I would contact them to inquire if it's possible to arrange an alternative way to test in New Zealand.

I did notice on their website, DSST has a test center in Perth as well! Good luck!

LOL it may be more fun to go to Hawaii than Perth at that price

    Hi Gareth,

I also had a look recently (I live in Auckland) and couldn't come up with anything better than the testing center in Perth, too. To me that seems to mean that CLEP and DSST are no options, at least for the moment.

@Delta: I'm not sure if you are aware of the distances down here, but the distance between Perth and New Zealand is larger than between New York and LA (or LA and Hawaii, if you prefer to fly over large bodies of water). NZ is about 3.5 hours of flight southeast of Australia's east coast, Perth lies at the west coast. A test center in Sydney would be helpful, though.

None yet. I'll try to get everything done by testing out first, and I'll then enroll and get a degree from TESC. Since a lot of the degrees are detailed here in this forum, I hope that I'll be able to get the right courses done prior to enrollment.
