Civil Complaint Filed Against New Horizons Computer Learning Center

Looks like New Horizons CLC is in the news. A complaint was filed in the District Court of Guam against New Horizons CLC of Guam and CompPacific for fraudulent activity and defrauding the U.S. government through a payment scheme to gain $73,578.55. There was a university charged by New Horizons CLC for classes not taken by veterans and some other shenanigans went on.
