That's great. GoFund is a great program. Members of the community contribute what they can, and it goes to a good cause. Dr. Ford is not rich, and cannot afford to pay for security and lawyers. It's a beautiful thing me again. Don't complain because it is not costing you or the taxpayers anything! Be happy! :) Good for Ford, this shows she is well liked and her cause is a good one.

Who in there right mind would willfully sign up for death threats, hackings and all sort of nasty things. Ask yourself that. She wanted to remain anonymous , but reporters outed her. This makes her story even more believable.

Abner, when Judge Kavanaugh accepted President Trump's nomination to be the next SCOTUS justice, Kavanaugh didn't know that his wife and daughter would receive death threats. Christine Blasey Ford's father was a CIA employee in black ops, so his identity is not subject to public release. It's a small world.

She got death threats from a bunch of weirdo alt reich's wackos as soon as her identity was know in the media. Some crazy wacko fucking hackers hacked her email and were impersonating her. Once again, who would voluntarily sign up for such a thing? The answer you say? Nobody would that's who. I think it is great that the community stood up and chip in whatever they could afford to GoFund me and help Ford. God Bless America!

Further, someone started a GoFund Me account for my wife who has cancer. Many chipped in and it grew almost over night. Strangers and non strangers alike contribute, and it's a win win feel good thing. The Every last cent was spent on a various medical bills pertaining to a VERY expensive second opinion from the #1 ranked MD Anderson Center in Texas. It was a paid for, and for zero cost to the taxpayer.

God Bless the good people of America. I suggest that you count your blessings, and hope that you never need a GoFund me account.

Nothing unusual about that, the goals have been exceeded. That is standard procedure. GoFund me is great, Americans helping fellow Americans, zero cost to the taxpayer. Nobody can complain about that. Go Dr. Ford! I am glad she got the help she needed, she has a lot of courage indeed.

Only a complete Internet noob, or a dishonest propagandist, would describe a GoFundMe campaign as "payment". Amazing touch citing Kremlin Security Council (proper name Security Council of Russian Federation, a consultative body to Vladimir Putin, really high level) as a source; keep this up!

One criticism: next time you should post the links to GoFundMe sooner. I could have contributed.

Exceeded three times over. I must say, America is indeed great!

Obviously. If someone wishes to donate/raise for Mr. Kavanaugh's benefit (perhaps future liver transplant), they are welcome to start a campaign and donate. There would be actually nothing wrong with that.

Yeah, it's a great thing, and America is great! People want to help. At least they know where the money is going.
