Fort Hays State University online has a Bachelor of General Studies with a concentration in general business. The tuition is $178 a credit last I checked and they are generous in the transfer of credits. Up to 94 credits if at a 4 year school or 64 credits from a two year school. If Fort Hays doesn't work, Peru State College charges $210 per credit hour. Chadron State College also charges $210 per credit hour. Columbia College charges $240 per credit hour. Depending on the state in which you live, you might be able to find something as cheap as $150 per credit hour for in-state residents.
They did but they are slowly increasing their tuition over the course of a few years. Wyoming is still a good deal if someone enrolled right now.
