Cheap MS in IT or Computer Science

Is there any Cheap DL RA MS in IT or computer science (<$10K)

 

Manjuap, you already have degrees and work experience in IT/Computers. Why not try this link below, since you were looking for a Business degree earlier and this may fit both exercises for you. Just a suggestion. I believe the course is DL, cost about $5k US. John Spies on his thread will be doing the MBA at QMUC.

Totally $5K, John Spies confirmed that for the DL MBA course he has just enrolled in at QMUC..YES. However if you were on site in Scotland as a resident and as an international student then fees go up.

Go check it out, contact the school's program coordinator, and let us know. I still say this is the course for you, MBA, business, bit of IT & e-commerce.

asking for info, but none responded. Very disappointed with their service. Don't think I would recommend QMUC to anyone.

the people at qmuc are on holiday right now until the 6th of january

i have enrolled and hope to start in january on the MBA in hosp. management

John Spies just mentioned some confusion--cleared up!--about costs at QMUC. Check the other threads or ask him about this.

 

Touro University International (www.tourou.edu) has a MS-ITM for $8,100

 

MS-ITM in Touro is $10,800

 

You are correct. $8,100 is the price for former or present military which receive a 25% discount. If you are looking for a program that is under 10K, Touro, at 10.8K, might me one to consider since there the books are included.

 

M.Sc in Information Technology at USQ for less than 6K

The online USQ program (or programme) is titled "Master of Information Systems" not Master of Science Information Systems. The Australian system seems to have a large number of programs with Masters of subject area rather than Masters of Arts/Science subject area.

The University of Derby (England) through the Global University Allience offers a MSc in Information Technology for $8400 US.

Looked on USQonline site.. tution is little more than $8K.

Bear in mind that we are talking about Australian dollars. 1 AUD = 0.50 cents american. If you have 12 courses at 1050 AUD, you will have to pay 6.3K US not 8K.

Unless the currency you specified is not US, may be CAN or AUD?

 

This is not quite right. The M.I.T. offered by the Computing dept. at USQ is not offered online (USQOnline) but is offered by correspondence. The cost is AUD1145 per course (more than 24% increase since 2002). And the exchange rate is about 1 AUD = $0.59 US. So cost at current exhange rate is $8100 for the program. The cost of the courses is, however, increasing -- I think USQ is soon going to match the other Australian schools in price.
