Hello, Please be kind and not judgmental. I want to see others experience and career advancement and maybe guide me. I have a bachelor in computer science information system and in December 2013 I graduate with an MBA with a concentration in Project Management. I plan to take the project + certificate next march 2014. My work background is as follows I have 5 years’ experience working for a telecommunications company as a NOC Analyst. I have 3 years’ experience working in the customer care team for a hosting company. I do some technical stuff, but mainly we have to have a lot of managerial skills for this position. Please advise career wise and job advancement. How should I go from here. Thank you
