As we report in Bears' Guide, 14th ed., Generale's campus is a mailbox rental store called Mailbox Plus in Vancouver. The website is registered to Gary Gandy in Malaysia. The accreditation is claimed from an organization we could never locate. The other two are not familiar to me. John Bear
I took a stroll down into Vancouver's Westend one night last year to locate Generale University's campus. It was dark and the street was alive with frolicking westenders. The mardi gras mood didn't stop me from peering through the campus building's window. With the palms of my sweaty hands placed firmly on the glass for support, I surveyed all in front of me, while pedestrians checked out my butt. Rows and rows of brushed alumninum mailboxes, side by each, and stacked to the ceiling. "Golly Gosh Gee Willy", I thought. Generale University must have a lot of departments, a mailbox for everyone of them. Lighting up a Camel, I turned around and tipped my hat back over my eyes. Enraptured by the moans of a foreign vessel's foghorn, I quickly slipped back into the night while the naked city did it's thing.
You don't state what kind of education you are interested in, but it seems to have something to do with technology.
