California requires preferential hiring based on gender, race or religion

    Governor Jerry Brown's executive edict is a violation of the United States Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits preferential treatment or hiring that is based on race, gender or religion.

    So, when's the law being passed that requires at least one female on every garbage truck? Or at least one male in every nail salon? Oh, how about a law that requires at least one straight manager at every gay strip club and one little person on every basketball team?

    One white guy at every Jamaican restaurant...

    One trans person at every beauty pagent...

    One big game hunter at every PETA chapter...

    This got me thinking. They should require one little person at every Taco Bell in California to start with! We keep forgetting about the little fellas and gals. Geesh!
