In response to your quote, you can transfer. I got an email from Liberty University giving me permission to take two of CCU MBA courses in order to graduate early this year by 10/12/2010. In some cases you have to request an evaluation from the school you are wishing to transfer. My evaluation came back in five days. JUST AND FYI...

 

It does not surprise me though because Liberty University is a major player with military students. Most not all military students take correspondence and DL courses from both RA and DETC schools so it makes sense why a school like Liberty University would take the DETC credits. They did only limit the units to 6 credits for any of their graduate programs. However, they do let you take a graduate program with a DETC undergraduate degree. Which makes it more appealing for those who wish to obtain their graduate degrees.
