BS degree on IT/Security for International Students

Hi,

Does anyone know affordable online BS degrees on IT or related to security that accept international students?

I though WGU would be the best option but they don't seem to accept international students.

It doesn't seem to make sense because it's distance learning and the exams are done by webcam or via certification and vue/prometric centers we can find everywhere.
