According to this article from The Dartmouth Online, "Harris resigned as a result of questions raised by an institution that employed him approximately 'two decades' ago." So this would be the University of Pennsylvania, where he was athletic director from 1979-85. The Dartmouth Online article says that he claimed a "master's degree in education," whereas the AP story posted by Jason says that he claimed a "master's degree in journalism."
