    Equality
    Equality refers to the idea that all people should be treated the same and have access to the same opportunities, regardless of their differences. This means that everyone is given the same resources, opportunities, and support, regardless of their individual needs.

    Equity
    Equity is about providing people with what they need to be successful, based on their individual circumstances. It recognizes that not everyone starts from the same place, and that some people may require more support than others in order to achieve their goals. Equity means that people are given different resources, opportunities, and support based on their individual needs, in order to level the playing field.

    Equality = Equal Opportunities
    Equity = Equal Outcomes

    So which side of the fence are you on? Equality or Equity?
